Delivery deadlines and shipping options

Our delivery is outsourced, we work with Correios.

We offer two options of shipping: Sedex and PAC.

With Sedex, the delivery deadline depends on the destination, being that for most cities of Brazil it takes 3 working days. More distant locations might take 5 working days.

With Pac, delivery deadline takes 7 working days for any Brazilian city.

For International shippings, the delivery deadline also depends on the destination, being that for most contries it takes from 15 to 18 working days.

If you have any doubt or didn't received your order after the delivery deadline yet, get in touch with Atendimento ao Cliente.

Shipping costs

The some of the shipping costs are given at the end of your order, at the shopping cart.

Processing your order

The orders with confirmed payment are dispatched on a deadline of 2 days tops.

We do not ship products on saturdays and sundays.

Return and exchange policy

If you notice any problems with the product received or wish to turn back for a mistake we made (colour, size, etc) get in touch with Atendimento ao Cliente in between 7 (seven) days straight, counted from the delivery day. You'll be guided about the procedures to take, and if authorized, the exchange or reimburse on the cost of the product.
